Hi from Yorkshire - charge issues

Had my new Buzz Cargo, love the drive but still battling to charge it to my preferred scheduled times.

Tried at least 50 different variations but the VW always says no. I believe VW, Octopus Energy and the Project EV charger are all battling to be top dog resulting in the vehicle not charging.

On 3 occasions I’ve had to go outside in the early hours and touch the vehicle screen to start charging.

Anyone else had an issue and how did you resolve it

HI, I have an ohme charger and in the beginning I had similar issues.

I put my ohme charger to 100%, but as you say conflict occurs. I have been successful in charging when on the infotainment screen the charge is at 80% and on the octopus app/devices you set that to 80%.
