We are looking to order the 2025 buzz for our next car. It's on my wifes company car scheme and she can choose her model from whats available in the 2025 lineup. We managed to find a 2025 brochure. It seems to suggest we can get the SWB model with 6 seats (at extra cost from the standard model), but we're skeptical as to whether this is true. I can't find any mention of it anywhere online elsewhere. All I can find is lots of reviews of the LWB finally adding the 6/7 seat option. And if you think about it, if the SWB can handle 6 seats, why wouldn't it be able to do 7?
It wouldn't be the first thing we found in the brochure that is wrong (there are two lengths quoted for the LWB). Her work car scheme form does let you choose it, but it does also let you choose SWB with 7 seats, and that is listed as not available in the brochure. So either of these could be wrong.
The other question is also if these rear seats are removeable if it is possible to get SWB with 6 seats.
We will try and contact VW next week but just wondered if anyone here has any idea?
